    Job offer as technical assistant for the in vitro generation of a human colon carcinoma biobank

    In the group of Prof. Florian Greten at the Georg-Speyer-Haus, Institute for Tumor Biology and Experimental Therapy the position of a technical assistant (f/m) is available earliest possible. The position comprises the cultivation of primary human fibroblasts and 3D colon cancer organoids as well as the production and testing of the necessary media components for these cells.

    Willingness to participate in animal experimentations is desirable. Part-time work is possible.

    A Post-Doctoral position examining aspects of cell plasticity in the tumor microenvironment is currently available in the group of Florian Greten.


    Applicants should possess/be expected to obtain a Ph.D. in any of the life sciences or an M.D./Ph.D. degree. We are looking for highly motivated candidates with a strong interest in pursuing an academic career. The candidate for this position should have a strong background in tumor biology and/or immunology and should have experience with mouse models.
